Sharon Van Etten is recording and touring with a band now, dubbed The Attachment Theory, and this was their Vancouver stop in support of their recent self-titled record.
Love Spells opened; hadn't heard of them before. They've got a wispy, dreamy sound.
Sharon sounded fantastic. Mostly tracks from the new record, and some heaver reinterpretations of her earlier folk stuff. Beautiful tribute to David Lynch with Tarifa, which she had played on Twin Peaks: The Return.
